At Swiftproxy, operated by BrainLabs, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our proxy services sold per GB. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Right to Withdraw
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
3. Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The service must not have been used beyond the 10 MB of data limit or consumed significantly.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- If the service has been substantially used or consumed.
- If you have violated our terms of service.
- If technical issues were caused by your own systems or internet service provider.
